Start with the structure, not the artwork
Seven parts out of ten, a box succeeds or fails on its structure. Our prepress team produces the die-line and a structural prototype first, confirming how the lid moves, how snugly the insert fits and how the cartons stack, before anything goes to print.
That means you receive a sample box you can genuinely open and genuinely pack — long before mass production begins, rather than a flat rendering on a screen.
Four product lines
- Luxury gift boxes: mooncake, tea, festive, spirits and health-supplement boxes in lid-and-base, drawer, book-style and double-door structures, with EVA, moulded pulp or foam inserts.
- Folding cartons: 3C electronics, audio, beauty and personal care, and food cartons, with foil, embossing, UV and matte lamination combinations.
- Books & catalogs: hardcover catalogs, corporate yearbooks, publications and manuals, sewn or perfect bound, with colour fidelity as the priority.
- Bags & stationery: shopping bags, document folders, envelopes, forms and self-adhesive labels, with low minimums and fast turnaround.
Sampling first
Standard structural sampling takes 3–5 working days; a combined sample including finishing takes 5–7. Mass production starts once the sample is approved, with lead times set by process complexity and quantity — typically 10–15 days for folding cartons and 15–25 days for luxury gift boxes.
