A printing house that treats colour as a matter of faith
Shenzhen Musing Printing Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. We are one of Shenzhen's larger printing enterprises, a council member of the Shenzhen Printing Industry Association, a designated supplier under the Shenzhen municipal government procurement programme, and a Class A national printing enterprise.
Our facility sits at Building A Complex, No.109 Feng'an Road, Pinghu Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, with more than 8,000 square metres of self-owned factory space. Prepress, offset printing, surface finishing, die-cutting and gluing, binding and hand assembly are all carried out on one site — from a blank sheet to a finished gift box, everything happens under the same roof.
We do not think of printing as "putting an image onto paper". It is about handing over the weight of a brand through the thickness of the board, the sheen of the ink and the feel of the box as it opens.
Colour management at the highest standard
We have adopted the complete German Heidelberg colour management workflow, combining ICC profile calibration with dual control of density and colour difference, so that colour reproduces consistently both within a single run and across separate runs.
Our pressroom runs eight original German-built Heidelberg presses covering folio four-colour, quarter-folio four-colour, 1+1 folio single-colour and 5-colour-plus-one folio configurations, allowing us to handle both high-volume long runs and multi-version short runs at the same time.
One-stop, and we mean it
On the packaging side we operate an automatic high-speed folder-gluer, an automatic hot-foil stamping machine, an automatic die-cutter, a high-speed laminator and a high-speed corrugator. On the binding side we run a new Heidelberg folder, a Heidelberg Polar cutting system, a saddle-stitcher, and Swiss-built Martini automatic thread-sewing, perfect-binding and hardcover binding lines.
Our gift box department keeps a semi-automatic box-wrapping machine alongside a manual assembly line — machines take care of precision, people take care of warmth. That is exactly why luxury gift boxes cannot be fully automated.
